Description & Specs

Fully remanufactured torque converter is tested for leaks, lockup, concentricity, and balance. Upgrades surpass OE requirements, eliminating the possibility of front seal leaks, premature bushing wear, and vibration.
Completely inspected pump assembly provides consistent internal pressures and helps eliminate pressure-related issues.
Remanufactured and tested valve body to improve shifting, lubrication, and performance.
Transmission Electronic Hydraulic Control Module (TECHM) is tested for proper function of all pressure control solenoids and shift solenoids as well as CAN bus communication. All pressure switches feature new films and seals.
Clutch clearances set to custom-spec standards for improved shift, feel, and timing.
Bushings and machined surfaces polished to a mirror like OR finish of 16 RA or better.
Tru-Flat qualification process applied to transmission case, valve body, and pump prevents cross leaks and delivers consistent performance.
New custom-spec bushings improve internal fluid flow control and pressure.
Every transmission is cold-and hot-tested using a proprietary dynamometer testing program that includes fully synthetic automatic transmission fluid and a filtration system.
