5 gallon Aqueous Parts Cleaner by Prochem®. Biodegradable, non-flammable, non-combustible, non-hazardous, non-corrosive, environmentally safe, permit-exempt. Specifically designed for use in an aqueous parts cleaning system, Parts Cleaner was developed to be used as a replacement for chlorinated solvents, petrochemical solvents, harsh alkalis or acids. Parts Cleaner can be used on all types of metals, but should be tested for safety on painted surfaces. With less than 50 grams per liter of VOC’s (volatile organic compounds), Parts Cleaner has been approved by the Air Pollution Control District as exempt from permit per Rule 11(d).
