Transmissions with a ZF5HP19 can experience erratic line pressure, poor shift quality, Reverse complaints and B clutch breakage due to excess wear in the main pressure regulator valve bore. After reconditioning the bore, installing Sonnax oversized pressure regulator valve 85755-02 will restore hydraulic integrity for proper line pressure control in all ranges. Oversized valves have annular oil grooves to support the valve and reduce wear rate Salvages valve body castings
