What Is the Transtar Transend Rewards Program?

This is an incentive program that rewards contractors for doing business with us. The Transend Reward Points (“Reward Points”) Program offers the opportunity for enrolled contractors in good standing to earn and accumulate Transend Reward Points for qualified purchases during the program period. Reward Points can be redeemed for an amazing host of travel rewards from the leading suppliers in the industry, the latest in a variety of brand-name merchandise rewards, popular action, and adventure awards, and more! Click here for a video introduction.

How Do I Earn Transend Reward Points?

Enrolled and eligible contractors will earn Transend Reward Points for all qualified purchases during the program period as detailed in the Program Rules. Note that there is a one-day delay from the purchase ship date until the points are added to your rewards account. 

What Do I Need to Do to Be Considered an “Eligible Customer”?

You must be current in your account and in good standing with Transtar Industries to receive and redeem Reward Points. Delinquent accounts may be subject to termination in the program and/or loss of Reward Points.

How Do I Know How Many Reward Points I Have Earned?

Purchases are updated online daily with a one-day delay by the end of the workday. Just access your rewards program and look at the left-side Purchase Tracker to see your current month’s purchases. You can then click on the Account Summary button on the right side under Quick Links or click on the ‘My Program’ link from the navigation bar at the top and find the Account Summary tab. Your current balance is posted at the top left side on the home page. Additionally, electronic statements will be emailed to you each month.

How Do We Redeem Transend Reward Points?

Eligible contractors and dealers can redeem their Reward Points via the Rewards section of this website. Simply log on and select the desired award. Once redemptions are submitted, you will be brought to a confirmation page displaying your confirmation number, instructions for making travel reservations, merchandise delivery information, and your new point balance. Merchandise and certificate awards will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. Remember, a minimum of three weeks advance notice is always required for any specific travel reservations.

How do I log in to Transend Rewards?

  1. Log into your www.transend.us account
  2. Click on the Transend Rewards button
  3. You will be redirected to the Terms Acceptance Page
  4. Read through the Terms & Conditions, click the green “Accept” button at the bottom left
  5. You will be directed to your profile page
  6. Complete or update any required fields
  7. Complete the Shop Type question
  8. Click the “Submit” button to access your Transend Rewards account
  9. You will then be directed to the Transend Rewards homepage where you can explore awards, Rules, FAQs, etc
